900g (Serves 2) - Portion size is a guideline, as it depends on one’s appetite and if any accompaniments are being served.
Pour soup into a non-stick pot.
Heat slowly with lid on, stirring intermittently.
Bring soup to a gentle simmer and ensure that mussels are warmed through.
Gas and electric hobs vary in temperature control. These cooking instructions are a guide only.


*Cook from frozen*

Open plastic tab and slightly raise the lid of the container. Place container in the centre of the microwaveable plate.
Total cooking time: 8-9 minutes
Cook on a full power for 4 minutes, gently stir then recover with lid for a further 4-5 minutes.
Use caution when removing the lid as steam may be released. These cooking times are a guide only and are based on an 850-watt oven.

Serving Suggestions

Best served with our Crusty Plain Loaf or fries.

Please note

Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. If defrosted prior, and using the microwave to heat, follow cooking guidelines but reduce the cooking times.
