Open plastic tab, pour into a non-stick pot.
Heat slowly with lid off, stirring intermittently.
Bring to a gentle simmer.

Oven

Defrosted

320g (Serves 1)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Cook for 10 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 15-20 minutes

640g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Cook for 20 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 10-15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 45-50 minutes

1.28kg (Serves 4)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Cook for 20 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 20-25 minutes.
Total cooking time: 55-60 minutes

Frozen

320g (Serves 1)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Cover with kitchen foil for the first half of the cook to avoid browning or drying out. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Cook for 20 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 15-20 minutes.
Total cooking time: 35-40 minutes

640g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Cover with kitchen foil for the first half of the cook to avoid browning or drying out. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Cook for 20 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 15-20 minutes.
Total cooking time: 65-70 minutes.

Microwave

Defrosted

320g (Serves 1)
Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat on high for 5 minutes. Remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 2-3 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

640g (Serves 2)
Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat on high for 8-10 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

1.28kg (Serves 4)
Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat on high for 15-18 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Frozen

320g (Serves 1)
Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 6 minutes. Remove film, stir and heat for a further 2-3 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

640g (Serves 2)
Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 12 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 23-25 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

 

Airfryer

*This product can be heated in our container, if it fits, or placed in an airfryer proof dish.*

Defrosted

320g (Serves 1)
180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 23-25 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

640g (Serves 2)
180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 30 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Frozen

320g (Serves 1)
180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 25-30 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

640g (Serves 2)
180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 30 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

 

Serving Suggestion

Best served with our Fragrant White Basmati Rice naan bread or cauliflower rice.

Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48hours.
