Medium stove-top temperature. Remove the sleeve and film, and place into a non-stick pot.
Heat slowly with lid on, stirring intermittently.
Bring to a gentle simmer.

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 30 minutes, remove foil, gently stir then heat for a further 15-20 minutes.
Total cooking time: 45-50 minutes

Frozen

1.3kg (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 40 minutes, remove foil, gently stir then heat for a further 15-20 minutes.
Total cooking time: 55-60 minutes

Set on medium (700W). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film.
Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 10 minutes, remove the film and gently stir, heat for a further 3-5 minutes.

Frozen

Set on medium (700W). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film.
Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 10 minutes, remove the film and gently stir, heat for a further 6-8 minutes.

Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket.
Heat for 15-18 minutes, remove foil and gently stir and heat for a further 5 minutes.

Frozen

1.3kg (Serves 2)
Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket.
Heat for 40-45 minutes, remove foil and gently stir. Heat for a further 10-15 minutes.

 

Serving Suggestion

Best served with our Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Minted Peas.

Please Note

Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
