*Cook from frozen*

Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Cover with kitchen foil during the first half of the cook to avoid over browning or drying out

400g (Serves 1-2)
Total: 15-20 minutes
Cook for 10 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 5-10 minutes

800g (Serves 2-4)
Total: 25-30 minutes
Cook for 15 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 10-15 minutes


*Cook from frozen*

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid.
Place container in the centre of the microwaveable plate

400g (Serves 1-2)
Total: 5-7 minutes
Cook on full power for 3 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 2-4 minutes

800g (Serves 2-4)
Total:7-8 minutes
Cook on full power for 4 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 3-4 minutes

*Use caution when removing the lid as steam may be released

Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period.
Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
This product is best cooked from frozen, should the product defrost please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow cooking guidelines but reduce the cooking time.
