Medium stove top temperature. Remove sleeve and film.
Place food into a non-stick pot, heat slowly with a lid on, stirring intermittently, bring to a gentle simmer.

Defrosted
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 20 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, re-cover with foil and heat for a further 20-25 minutes.
Total cooking time: 40-45 minutes.

Frozen
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 60 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, re-cover with foil and heat for a further 10-20 minutes.
Total cooking time: 70-80 minutes.

Defrosted
Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 10 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 2-5 minutes.

Frozen
Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 25 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.

Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket.
Heat for 15 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, re-cover with foil and heat for a further 12-15 minutes.

Frozen
Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket.
Heat for 50 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, re-cover with foil and heat for a further 10-20 minutes.

Serving Suggestion

Best served with our Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Minted Peas.

Note

Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted, please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
