Oven

*Defrost prior to cooking*

Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove sleeve and film lid and take out the tub of dressing.
Spread the chicken strips out evenly in the dish
Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray

180g (Serves 1)
Cook for 10-15 minutes, until the chicken strips are warmed through and starts to crisp up again giving it a stir half way through to ensure even cooking
Allow the chicken to cool down uncovered
Ensure that the dressing is properly sealed. Shake to mix
Pour the dressing over the cooled salad and place on a bed of crisp lettuce

360g (Serves 2)
Cook for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken strips are warmed through and starts to crisp up again giving it a stir half way through to ensure even cooking
Allow the chicken to cool down uncovered
Ensure that the dressing is properly sealed. Shake to mix
Pour the dressing over the cooled salad and place on a bed of crisp lettuce

720g (Serves 4)
Cook for 15-25 minutes, until the chicken strips are warmed through and starts to crisp up again giving it a stir half way through to ensure even cooking
Allow the chicken to cool down uncovered
Ensure that the dressing is properly sealed. Shake to mix
Pour the dressing over the cooled salad and place on a bed of crisp lettuce

Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period
Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving
Once defrosted, please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow cooking guidelines but reduce the cooking time

Karen's Tip:

Sprinkle with chopped chives and toasted flaked almonds as a garnish
