Stove Top

Defrost prior to cooking

Pour sauce into a non-stick pot.

Heat slowly with lid off, stirring intermittently.

Bring sauce to a gentle simmer.

Gas and electric hobs vary in temperature control.  These cooking instructions are a guide only.



Cook from frozen

Open plastic tab and slightly raise the lid of the container.  Place container in the centre of the microwaveable plate.

Cooking Times:

450g (Serves 2-3): 4-6 minutes.

Cook on full power for 2 minutes, gentle stir then recover with lid for a further 2-4 minutes.


900g (Serves 2-3): 8-9 minutes

Cook on full power for 4 minutes, gentle stir then recover with lid for a further 4-5 minutes.


Use caution when removing the lid as steam may be released.  These cooking times are a guide only abd are based on an 850-watt oven.

Portion sizes is a guideline as it depends on one's appetite and if any accompaniments are being served.  


Serving Suggestion:

Best served with a pasta of your choice or on bread as a breakfast option.


Please Note:

Ensure food is piping hot throughout.  If not, heat for an additional brief period.  Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.  Once defrosted, please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.  If defrosted prior, and using the microwave to heat, follow cooking guidelines but reduce the cooking times.
