Set on medium (700w). Slightly raise the lid of the container. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 3 minutes, gently stir, re-cover with raised lid and heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
900ml (Serves 2)
Set on medium (700w). Slightly raise the lid of the container. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 6 minutes, gently stir, re-cover with raised lid and heat for a further 2-4 minutes.
Frozen
450ml (Serves 1)
Set on medium (700w). Slightly raise the lid of the container. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 6 minutes, gently stir, re-cover with raised lid and heat for a further 2-4 minutes.
900ml (Serves 2)
Set on medium (700w). Slightly raise the lid of the container. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 10 minutes, gently stir, re-cover with raised lid and heat for a further 5-8 minutes.
