Bring the fillet to room temperature one hour before cooking.
Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove sleeve and film lid.
Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.

Medium rare: Cook for 15 minutes
Medium: Cook for 20 minutes
Well done: Cook for 30 minutes
Fillet must rest for 2 minutes at room temperature after cooking

Medium rare: Cook for 15 minutes

Serving Suggestion

Served hot with roast potato and veg or cold topped with the balsamic sauce and rocket and a fresh salad or roasted tomatoes.
