Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid.
Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Cover with kitchen foil for the first half of the cook to avoid browning or drying out. This product is not suitable for grilling unless placed in an oven proof dish.

Total cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Cook for 10 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 5-10 minutes.
