Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Cover with kitchen foil for the first half of the cook to avoid browning or drying out. This product is not suitable for grilling unless placed in an oven proof dish.

Cook for 10 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 5-10 minutes.

Cook for 20 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 10-15 minutes.

Cook for 25 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 20-25 minutes.
