Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 15 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, and heat for a further 2-5 minutes.
Total cooking time: 17-20 minutes.

640g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 25 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 30-35 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 35 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 40-45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 25 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, and heat for a further 2-5 minutes.
Total cooking time: 27-30 minutes.

640g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 40 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 45-50 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 60 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 65-70 minutes.

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 2 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.

640g (Serves 2)
Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 6 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 8 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 5 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 2-3 minutes.

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 13 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.

Serving Suggestion

Best served with our Fragrant White Basmati Rice or our Creamy Mashed Potatoes and our Minted Peas.

Please Note

Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
