*Defrost prior to cooking*

Open plastic tab, pour soup into a non-stick pot
Heat slowly with lid off, stirring intermittently
Bring soup to a gentle simmer

Open plastic tab, slightly raise lid on one side of the container
Place container in the centre of the microwaveable plate
Cook on full power for 2 minutes, gently stir then re-cover with lid for a further 2-4 minutes
Use caution when removing the lid as steam may be released

Microwave 4-6 minutes

900ml (Serves 2)
Microwave 8-9 minutes
