Microwave 3-5 minutes

Open plastic tab, slightly raise lid on one side of the container
Place container in the centre of the microwaveable plate
Cook on full power for 1 minute, gently stir then re-cover with lid for a further 2-4 minutes (in 1-minute bursts)
Use caution when removing the lid as steam may be released
