Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid.
Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray and cover with kitchen foil to avoid over browning or drying out.
Cook for 15 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, recover with foil and cook for a further 5-10 minutes.
Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Total cooking time: 20-25 minutes.

Remove the sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat on medium for 2 minutes, remove the film, gently stir, and heat for a further 1-2 minutes if needed. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving

Remove the sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat on medium for 5 minutes, remove the film, gently stir, and heat for a further 1-3 minutes if needed. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
