Defrost prior to cooking
Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Cover with kitchen foil to avoid over browning or drying out.
Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. This product is not suitable for grilling unless placed in an oven proof dish.
420g (Serves 1): 15-20 minutes
Cook for 10 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 5-10 minutes
840g (Serves 2): 30-35 minutes
Cook for 20 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 10-15 minutes
1.68kg (Serves 4): 45-50 minutes
Cook for 25 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 20-25 minutes
Portion size is a guideline, as it depends on one's appetite and if any accompaniments are being served.
Not suitable for microwave heating.
This product can be cooked from frozen. Follow cooking instructions and increase the cooking time by approximately 10 minutes.
Best served with rice of your choice or bulgur wheat and a side of vegetables.
Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for additional brief period. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted please keep in the refrigerator and eat within 48 hours.
