Oven

*Cook from frozen*

Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove sleeve and film lid
Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray
Cover with kitchen foil halfway through the cook to avoid over browning or drying out *DO NOT SEAL*

250g (Serves 1-2)
Total: 10 minutes
Cook for 5 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 5 minutes

500g (Serves 2-4)
Total: 10 minutes
Cook for 5 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 5 minutes

Microwave

*Cook from frozen*

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid.
Place container in the centre of the microwaveable plate

250g (Serves 1-2)
Total: 5 minutes
Cook for 3 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 2 minutes

500g (Serves 2-4)
Total: 5 minutes
Cook for 3 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 2 minutes

*Use caution when removing the lid as steam may be released
