Defrosted

400g (Serves 1)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Total cooking time: 20-25 minutes, until golden.

800g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Total cooking time: 30-35 minutes, until golden.

1.6kg (Serves 4-6)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Total cooking time: 45-50 minutes, until golden.

3.2kg (Serves 8-10)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Total cooking time: 60-80 minutes, until golden.

Frozen

400g (Serves 1)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Cover with kitchen foil for the first half of the cook to avoid browning or drying out. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Cook for 35 minutes, remove the foil and cook for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 40-50 minutes, until golden.

800g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Cover with kitchen foil for the first half of the cook to avoid browning or drying out. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Cook for 45 minutes, remove foil and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 55-60 minutes, until golden.

1.6kg (Serves 4-6)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Cover with kitchen foil for the first half of the cook to avoid browning or drying out. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Cook for 50 minutes, remove foil and cook for a further 10-15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 60-75 minutes, until golden.

3.2kg (Serves 8-10)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film lid. Cover with kitchen foil for the first half of the cook to avoid browning or drying out. Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Cook for 90 minutes, remove foil and cook for a further 20-23 minutes.
Total cooking time: 100-140 minutes, until golden.

 

Microwave

*Not recommended for microwave heating*

Defrosted

400g (Serves 1)
Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat on high for 5 minutes. Remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 2-3 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

800g (Serves 2)
Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat on high for 12 minutes. Remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

1.6kg (Serves 4-6)
Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat on high for 18 minutes. Remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 2-3 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Defrosted

400g (Serves 1)
180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 12 minutes, remove foil and heat for a further 8 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

800g (Serves 2)
180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 25 minutes, remove foil and heat for a further 3-4 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Frozen

400g (Serves 1)
180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 25 minutes, remove foil, gently stir and heat for a further 5-7 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

800g (Serves 2)
180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 30 minutes, remove foil, gently stir and heat for a further 5-10 minutes. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

 

Serving Suggestion

Best served with a green salad and our Crusty Plain Loaf.

Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48hours.
