Heat slowly with lid on, stirring intermittently.

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Heat for 10 minutes, remove foil,  gently stir then heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 15-20 minutes

640g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Heat for 20 minutes, remove foil, gently stir then heat for a further 10-15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 30-35 minutes

1.28kg (Serves 4)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Heat for 35 minutes, remove foil, gently stir then heat for a further 10 - 15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 65-70 minutes

Frozen

320g (Serves 1)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Heat for 15 minutes, remove foil, gently stir then heat for a further 10 - 15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 25-30 minutes

640g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Heat for 35 minutes, remove foil, gently stir then heat for a further 10 - 15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 45-50 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.  Heat for 55 minutes, remove foil, gently stir then heat for a further 10 - 15 minutes.

Set on medium (700W) Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 4 minutes. Remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.

640g (Serves 2)
Set on medium (700W) Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 6 minutes. Remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.

Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 35 minutes, remove foil, gently stir and heat for a further 5 - 10 minutes.

Frozen

Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 15 minutes, remove foil, gently stir and heat for a further 5-6 minutes.

640g (Serves 2)
Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 25 minutes, remove foil, gently stir and heat for a further 6-7 minutes.

Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 55 minutes, remove foil, gently stir and heat for a further 5 - 10 minutes.

 

Serving Suggestion

Best served with our Fragrant White Basmati Rice.

Please Note

Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
