Stove Top

*Defrost prior to cooking*

Remove sleeve and film lid. Place food in a non-stick pot
Heat slowly with lid on and bring to a gentle simmer
Gently stir occasionally to avoid sticking

Oven

*Cook from frozen*

Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove sleeve and film lid
Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray
Cover with kitchen foil halfway through the cook to avoid over browning or drying out

Total: 15-20 minutes
Cook for 10 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 5-10 minutes

640g (Serves 2)
Total: 25-30 minutes
Cook for 15 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 10-15 minutes

1.28kg (Serves 4)
Total: 40-45 minutes
Cook for 20 minutes, gently stir then cook for a further 20-25 minutes

Serving Suggestion
