Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 15 minutes, remove foil, gently stir and heat for a further 2-5 minutes.
Total cooking time: 17-20 minutes.

640g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 25 minutes, remove foil, gently stir and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 30-35 minutes.

Frozen

320g (Serves 1)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 25 minutes, remove foil, gently stir and heat for a further 2-5 minutes.
Total cooking time: 27-30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 40 minutes, remove foil, gently stir and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 45-50 minutes.

Set on Medium (700W) Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Heat for 2 minutes, remove sleeve and gently stir, heat for a further 1-2 minutes.

Set on Medium (700W) Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Heat for 6 minutes, remove sleeve and gently stir, heat for a further 1-2 minutes.

Frozen

Set on Medium (700W) Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Heat for 5 minutes, remove sleeve and gently stir, heat for a further 2-3 minutes.

Remove foil and gently stir, heat for a further 3-5 minutes.

Frozen

Set to 180˚C.Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 20 minutes. Remove foil and gently stir, heat for a further 1-2 minutes.

Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket. Heat for 30 minutes.
Remove foil and gently stir, heat for a further 3-5 minutes.

 

Serving Suggestion

Best served with our Fragrant White Basmati Rice and our Roti.

Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
