Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 10 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 15-20 minutes.
640g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 20 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, and heat for a further 10-15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 30-35 minutes.
Frozen

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 20 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.

Defrosted

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 2 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.
640g (Serves 2)
Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 6 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.
Frozen

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 5 minutes, remove film, gently stir and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.
