Set on medium (700w). Slightly raise the lid of the container. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 3 minutes, gently stir, re-cover with raised lid and heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
900ml (Serves 4-6)
Set on medium (700w). Slightly raise the lid of the container. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 5 minutes, gently stir, re-cover with raised lid and heat for a further 3-5 minutes.
Frozen
450ml (Serves 2-3)
Set on medium (700w). Slightly raise the lid of the container. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 5 minutes, gently stir, re-cover with raised lid and heat for a further 5-7 minutes.
900ml (Serves 4-6)
Set on medium (700w). Slightly raise the lid of the container. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 10 minutes, gently stir, re-cover with raised lid and heat for a further 8-10 minutes.
Serving Suggestion
Best served with courgette noodles for a low-carb meal.
