Defrosted

400g (Serves 1)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Add a ¼ cup of milk to top layer of the dish, if you prefer a firmer consistency then ignore this step.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 15 minutes, remove foil and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 20-25 minutes.

800g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Add a ½ cup of milk to top layer of the dish, if you prefer a firmer consistency then ignore this step.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 20 minutes, remove foil and heat for a further 10-15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 30-35 minutes.

1.5kg (Serves 4-6)

Heat for 25 minutes, remove foil and heat for a further 15-20 minutes.
Total cooking time: 40-45 minutes.

Frozen

400g (Serves 1)

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film.
Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 2-4 minutes.

800g (Serves 2)
Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film.
Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 6-8 minutes.

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film.
Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 8-10 minutes.

Heat for 12 minutes, remove foil and heat for a further 6-8 minutes.

Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket.
Heat for 12 minutes, remove foil and heat for a further 10-12 minutes.

Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket.
Heat for 30 minutes, remove foil and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.

Frozen

Heat for 17 minutes, remove foil and heat for a further 8-10 minutes.

Serving Suggestion

Best served with a green salad.

Please Note

Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
