*Cook from frozen*
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Place barrels directly onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
Heat for 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.
Total cooking time: 5 minutes.

*Cook from frozen*
Set to 200°C.
Place barrels directly in the basket.
Heat for 5 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.
Serving Suggestion
Best served just as they are or on a small rocket salad.
