Defrosted

12 Fritters (Serves 4)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Remove the tub of caramel sauce and set aside.
Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 8 minutes, gently flip, and heat for a further 2-7 minutes.
In a small saucepan, bring the caramel sauce to a boil, then pour it over the crisp butternut fritters.
Total cooking time: 10-15 minutes.

Frozen

12 Fritters (Serves 4)

Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 10 minutes, remove foil, gently flip, and heat for a further 10-15 minutes.
In a small saucepan, bring the caramel sauce to a boil, then pour it over the crisp butternut fritters.
Total cooking time: 20-25 minutes.

Lift the lid off the tub and heat for 1-2 minutes.

In a small saucepan, bring the caramel sauce to a boil, then pour it over the crisp butternut fritters.

Serving Suggestion

Best served with our Balsamic Fillet Medallions, Fragrant Malay Bobotie, or alongside a braai or roast.
