Proper British fishcakes combining mashed potatoes and fish rolled in Japanese-style golden panko crumbs, ready to be served with a tartar sauce.

Do not defrost.
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.Place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 20 minutes, gently flip, and heat for a further 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
Total cooking time: 40 minutes.
