Adrian's Mum's Meatballsin a barbeque sauce
A blend of pork and beef mince rolled into protein rich meatballs tossed in a lusciously thick, sweet and tangy barbeque sauce.

Medium stove-top temperature. Remove sleeve and film and place food into a non-stick pot. Heat slowly with lid on, stirring intermittently. Bring to a gentle simmer.

Oven
Defrosted
400g (4 Meatballs - Serves 1)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Heat for 15 minutes, remove foil, gently flip then heat for a further 5-10 minutes
Total: 20-25 minutes
800g (8 Meatballs - Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Heat for 20 minutes, remove foil, gently flip then heat for a further 10-15 minutes
Total: 30-35 minutes
1.6kg (16 Meatballs - Serves 4)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Heat for 40 minutes, remove foil, gently flip then heat for a further 10-15 minutes
Total: 50-55 minutes
Frozen
400g (4 Meatballs - Serves 1)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Heat for 25 minutes, remove foil, gently flip then heat for a further 5-10 minutes
Total: 30-35 minutes

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Heat for 35 minutes, remove foil, gently flip then heat for a further 10-15 minutes
Total: 45-50 minutes

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray. Heat for 70 minutes, remove foil, gently flip then heat for a further 10-15 minutes

Microwave
Defrosted
400g (4 Meatballs - Serves 1)
Set on medium (700W). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Heat for 3 minutes, remove film and gently flip, heat for a further 1-2 minutes.
800g (8 Meatballs - Serves 2)
Set on medium (700W). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Heat for 5 minutes, remove film and gently flip, heat for a further 1-2 minutes.

Set on medium (700W). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Heat for 8 minutes, remove film and gently flip, heat for a further 1-2 minutes.
Frozen

Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket.
Heat for 10 minutes, remove foil, gently flip and heat for a further 3-5 minutes.
800g (8 Meatballs - Serves 2)
Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket.
Heat for 20 minutes, remove foil, gently flip and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.

Set to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film, cover with foil and place in the middle of the basket.
Heat for 35 minutes, remove foil, gently flip and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Frozen

Heat for 15 minutes, remove foil, gently flip and heat for a further 7-8 minutes.

Heat for 30 minutes, remove foil, gently flip and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.

Heat for 70 minutes, remove foil, gently flip and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Serving Suggestion
Best served with our Creamy Mashed Potatoes or Fragrant White Basmati Rice and Minted Peas
Please Note
Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
