Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 30 minutes, remove foil, and heat for a further 10-15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 40-45 minutes.
1kg (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 40 minutes, remove foil, and heat for a further 10-15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 50-55 minutes.
Frozen
500g (Serves 1)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 60 minutes, remove foil, and heat for a further 10-15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 70-75 minutes.

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film.
Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 75 minutes, remove foil, and heat for a further 10-15 minutes.
Total cooking time: 85-90 minutes.
Microwave
Defrosted
500g (Serves 1)
Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 3 minutes, remove film, and heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
1kg (Serves 2)
Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 6 minutes, remove film, and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.
Frozen
500g (Serves 1)
Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 12 minutes, remove film, and heat for a further 2-3 minutes.

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in the film. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 15 minutes, remove film, and heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
Airfryer

Serving Suggestion
Best served with a Greek salad.
