Quiche Lorrainemade with Gruyere and bacon
A richly flavoured savoury French tart combining Gruyère cheese, bacon and cream to create the most satisfying dish imaginable. Ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove all packaging and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Allow quiche to rest for 2 minutes after heating before transferring to a serving plate.
Total cooking time: 25-30 minutes.

Heat for 15-18 minutes.
Allow quiche to rest for 2 minutes after heating before transferring to a serving plate.
