320g (Serves 1-2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove all packaging and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Allow quiche to rest for 2 minutes after heating before transferring to a serving plate.
Total cooking time: 25-30 minutes.

Heat for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Heat for 30 minutes, remove foil, and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Allow quiche to rest for 2 minutes after heating before transferring to a serving plate.
Total cooking time: 35-40 minutes.
