Stove Top
Medium stove top temperature.
Place food into a non-stick pot, heat slowly with a lid on, stirring intermittently, bring to a gentle simmer.

Microwave
Defrosted
450ml (Serves 2-3)
Set on medium (700w). Slightly raise the lid of the container. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 3 minutes, gently stir, re-cover with raised lid and heat for a further 2-3 minutes.
Frozen
450ml (Serves 2-3)
Set on medium (700w). Slightly raise the lid of the container. Place in the middle of the microwave and heat for 5 minutes, gently stir, re-cover with raised lid and heat for a further 5-7 minutes.
Serving Suggestion
Best served with a sweet potato and chopped avocado.
Please Note
Ensure food is piping hot throughout. If not, heat for an additional brief period. Allow food to stand for 2 minutes before serving. Once defrosted please keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours.
