Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 10 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, then re-cover and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 15-20 minutes.
800g (Serves 2)
Preheat oven to 180˚C. Remove sleeve and film. Cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven on a baking tray.
Heat for 25 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, then re-cover and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 30-35 minutes.
Frozen
400g (Serves 1)

Heat for 40 minutes, remove foil, gently stir, then re-cover and heat for a further 5-10 minutes.
Total cooking time: 45 - 50 minutes.

Defrosted

Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in film. Heat for 2 minutes, remove the film, gently stir, and heat for a further 1-2 minutes.
800g (Serves 2)
Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in film. Heat for 5 minutes, remove the film, gently stir, and heat for a further 1-3 minutes.
Frozen
400g (Serves 1)
Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in film. Heat for 6 minutes, remove the film, gently stir, and heat for a further 2-4 minutes.
800g (Serves 2)
Set on medium (700w). Remove sleeve and pierce holes in film. Heat for 10 minutes, remove the film, gently stir, and heat for a further 2-5 minutes.

Serving Suggestion
