Cancellation of Orders
Should the Purchaser not take delivery of the goods ordered within 30 days of an online order being placed by the Purchaser, Frozen for You shall be entitled, but not obliged, to cancel the Purchaser’s order.
Frozen for You shall in addition be entitled to cancel any order placed by the Purchaser within the event that:
- Frozen for You does not have all or part of any goods ordered by the Purchaser in stock.
- It would be obvious to the reasonable person that the price of the goods ordered as indicated by the Frozen for You online platform is incorrect because the price indicated does not accurately reflect the true value of the relevant goods.
- In the event that Frozen for You does not cancel the Purchaser’s order, the Purchaser shall nevertheless be liable for payment of goods ordered from Frozen for You with regard to any goods whatsoever, including but not limited to custom-made goods.
- Save as otherwise provided for herein the Purchaser shall not be entitled to returns and/or refunds in respect of, any goods unless they are returned at the time delivery is made to the Purchaser.
- Frozen for You shall use its best endeavours to deliver or make available the goods for collection by the Purchaser as soon as possible after the order has been placed with Frozen for You and accepted by Frozen for You.
- Insofar as it appears to Frozen for You that the Purchaser’s conduct is in any way prejudicial or potentially prejudicial to the conduct of Frozen for You's business by, without limiting the generality of this provision, the Purchaser infecting the Frozen for You’s Website with viruses, Frozen for You shall be entitled in its sole and absolute discretion to suspend, for any period it may deem fit, conducting business with the Purchaser or terminate such business relations entirely.
