Frozen For You Rewards Programme

Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    • The rewards programme is open to all customers who make in-store purchases at Frozen For You stores. Store in Stores (SiS) and online purchases are excluded from all cash-back incentives.
    • Customers must be over the age of eighteen years old to participate.
    • There is no sign up cost or monthly charge to become a member.
    • To be eligible for cash-back rewards, a customer must create a profile in-store or update an existing profile in-store, and formally opt-in as a Rewards For You member.
    • Customers that sign up but shop online will not be eligible for the cash-back rewards on online purchases, they will however get exclusive access to deals, events, new products and recipes via our e-mail newsletter. You can always unsubscribe from any email correspondence, at your discretion.
  2. Earning Rewards:
    • The cash-back will be calculated based on the total amount spent on eligible purchases. There is no points system – the currency of the cash-back is South African Rand (ZAR).
    • Customers will earn 1.2% cash-back on all in-store purchases, including discounted items. When using a discount, your post-discount total (nett) will be the amount applicable for cash-back.
  3. Redemption:
    • The accumulated cash-back balance can only be redeemed in-store.
    • Your cash-back balances will be denoted on your receipt after a purchase.
    • To redeem the cash-back, customers must present their rewards account information (no card required) at the time of purchase and request in advance that they intend to use their accumulated credit.
    • A cash-back balance can be redeemed at any time, when making a purchase.
  4. Expiration:
    • The accumulated cash-back balance will expire after 6 months of inactivity (i.e. no in-store purchases in a 6-month time-frame will result in forfeiting any accumulated cash-back).
  5. General Conditions:
    • The rewards programme is subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via e-mail to rewards programme members.
    • The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the rewards programme at its discretion.
    • Participation in the rewards programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  6. Limitations:
    • Cash-back cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards or vouchers, or transferred to another account.
    • The cash-back credit is not valid for online purchases or at Frozen For You’s inside of existing retailers (SiS).
