To serve cold

Defrost for 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted, remove packaging and place on serving dish.
Slice and serve with our Pesto Cream Sauce.

 

To serve hot

Defrost in the fridge overnight. Remove packaging.
Cover in kitchen foil and cook at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Slice and serve with our Pesto Cream Sauce.

Airfryer

*This product can be heated in our container, if it fits, or placed in an airfryer proof dish.*

Defrost prior to heating.
Slice galantine into desired slices and place onto foil directly in the basket.
Heat on 160C for 5 minutes.

 

Serving Suggestion

Best served with our Pesto Cream Sauce.
